Back Again! I unfortunately was in a car accident and my car was totaled. I had bought that car from Trent and he treated me right last time, so I called him the I unfortunately was in a car accident and my car was totaled. I had bought that car from Trent and he treated me right last time, so I called him the next day letting him I was looking for another prius. He immediately was on the job and was getting me pre approved. I show up for our appointment and Trent had everything ready to go. Tim handled the finances and he made it easy and comprehensive. Two days after my accident, I was getting my next car with no fuss or muss. The next time I buy a car I hope it is under better circumstances, regardless I will keep coming back to Tucson Subaru. I have Tim''s Subaru of Prescott Az just 3 minutes drive from where I live, however I chose to drive almost 4 hours to Tucson Subaru to avoid dealing with Tim's. On the finance side, I dealt with Curt McHenry. I did have a few minor issues which required me to contact Curt a day later. He responded promptly after getting my email request to call me. Fast, friendly and comfortable I had talked to Sean in the evening one day told him what I was interested in. At first I was umcomfortable with the amount so they crunched more numbers and we're able to work with my budget. Around 7:30pm I was in my way to get the car I've always wanted while they got all the paper work together. Usually I'm at a dealers for 3 to 4 hours for the closing process but Sean and Tim had us in and out in an hour and a half. They were patient with me and all my question and we're not trying to push product on me that I wasnt interest in. I felt comfortable with the friendly and fast servic. They made car buying a good experience. More
