Excellent service! I recently needed a warranty repair on my 2016 Outback while vacationing in Tucson, AZ. I called Tucson Subaru, and they got me in the same day. The I recently needed a warranty repair on my 2016 Outback while vacationing in Tucson, AZ. I called Tucson Subaru, and they got me in the same day. They verified that the repair was covered by warranty, ordered the parts and made an appointment for the repair which was only a few days later. The repair was expertly done in less than a day, and I was extremely satisfied with the customer service I received and the quality of the work. Special thanks to Scott Gregg, the Service Manager, who was very helpful in dealing with the warranty issues and making sure the repairs were completed, and to Scott Clanton, the Service Advisor that I worked with, who did everything possible to make sure I was satisfied and well taken care of. I cannot say enough about the customer service and the friendly and caring staff at Tucson Subaru. More
