She got the keys to both and answered all questions knowledgeably. She even showed us comparison vehicles when we asked. We test drove both vehicles and then went to lunch to discuss and compare both vehicles. She gave us a decent trade-in value for our car. We went back and let her know without any stress. Tim Hanson was excellent in finance. He was very through and friendly through whole process. Tim kept us updated as to the financing process. Subaru was great on honoring the warranty, but the corporate side fell short on helping get me into a new vehicle when I was done dealing with my existing one. My issues where never with the service response from Tucson Subaru because they were great to deal with. Needless to say I was pretty much done with Subaru as a brand, but I did include them on my list when I was shopping for a new vehicle and actually ended up buying another one. I did so because of my experience with Scott and Jade in the service department and because of Kevin G. in sales. Kevin was straight forward and did not use any high pressure tactics. I told him what I was looking for, he told me what he had and worked with me to get me a fair deal. More
