Friendly and Knowlegable Sales, No pressure I visited the Subaru dealership because the lease on my current vehicle was ending and I was trying to determine what I wanted to do, i.e. turn in the I visited the Subaru dealership because the lease on my current vehicle was ending and I was trying to determine what I wanted to do, i.e. turn in the car or lease a new vehicle. I dealt with Jack McVey, who was extremely helpful and patient with me as I tried to decide between an SUV, sedan or keeping my current car. He let me test drive several vehicles to help me make my decision. I have to say that I did take almost a week to decide and Jack was there to answer any questions I had during the process. When I finally made the decision to lease a new Legacy, Jack and Traci were very friendly and efficient in handling all the paperwork and delivering my new vehicle. This is my first Subaru. I am very happy with it so far and would highly recommend working with Jack McVey and Traci Roberts. More
Kevin works like a champ. Kevin is a 5 star employee. Traci was also great to work with. We'll likely be back to do business with Kevin in the future. There were some issues where the dealer as a whole fell a little short but I also had a slightly strange situation. The car I ordered was being transferred from a nearby dealer that was not open yet. They were unable to have the car when originally scheduled due to issues getting it from the other dealer. That I can understand. I also had a short throw shifter installed that was done incorrectly by the service guys and the shifter came undone from the transmission when I picked it up. Fortunatly I was still in the parking lot. Kevin pushed the car over to service himself and got me a loaner until the car was fixed. He also had it delivered to me so I didn't have to make another 90 minute drive to pick it up. 5 stars for Kevin, 4 for the dealership. More

We left wondering why we weren't pressured to purchase a Subaru. On our last visit, to order our Forester, Steve was friendly and after signing a few papers, we were led to Traci Roberts, a Finance Manager. She also was very friendly and engaging. I would recommend Tucson Subaru in a heartbeat. More
