Mostly Satisfied I was satisfied with the ease of the sale but I feel like more service should have been done on the 2003 Honda CR-V before selling the vehicle. There I was satisfied with the ease of the sale but I feel like more service should have been done on the 2003 Honda CR-V before selling the vehicle. There were several repairs (compliance bushings, oil pressure control valve, rear and left transmission mounts, even left brake light) that needed to be done after the sale. I assumed any repairs affecting the safety of the vehicle would have been done prior to the sale...I was wrong. More

The Best We didn’t know what we wanted so we made internet contact with several dealerships. CJ Nichols called us right away with a same-day appointment. We test drove a Forester and an Impreza, went home, returned to drive a Crosstrek, went home, returned to test a fancier Forester and Crosstrek, and bought still a different Forester. CJ was patient. No rush. No pressure. No frustration. Just straight-forward information and genuine enthusiasm. CJ’s knowledge is impressive and grounded in his own extensive driving of the vehicles. In the end, we felt as though we’d been helped by a friend. Also, a big thumbs-up to Louie in finance and Erin in service.
