Most car sales folks push features without regard to key 'hot buttons' of a customer. Just offering information & frequent support & reminders does not assure trust & comfort between salesperson & customer. Appropriate fit is important & essential in making major investment decision like auto purchase. Some of your sales folks seem to understand that & others are naive. CJ did listen when I told him I didn't want to hear anything more then having him answer my questions. He learned that I was not going to respond to anything like pressure & to respect my timing and my pace. Traci in Finance was organized respectful quick and clear. She made it simple and it was most comfortable. More

Not my favorite part of car purchasing. Certified used car...very clean but some of the items were checked off but not done (replacing the wiper blades...they were shredded). From the minute I step out of my car for service these guys go above and beyond with their customer I am always amazed by how this dealership is ran. Today was my first service appointment with Chris...super nice, very welcoming & informative with my questions. Walking around the dealership waiting, every employee smiles and inquire to wether or not any assistance was needed. I had a great conversation with Traci who does finance about my Crosstrek and decided I should look at newer and/or different models. I spoke with Terry who discussed options (VERY IMFORMATIVE) he set me up with Sean and he took me for a test drive in the Outback and gave me all the differences between the cars. These guys know everything about anything that is Subaru...this is why I come back and continue to spread the word. I have a feeling my next review will be about the purchase of a new Outback :) Thank you very much to Chris Fisher, Traci Roberts, Terry Iseminger & Sean Johnson!!! More
