From the time I inquired about a vehicle on the internet til the time I walked out the door with my set of keys. I had not planned on going into the dealership that day and showed up at the last minute to inquire more about the vehicle. Kevin answered all the questions I had about the vehicle and Traci answered all my questions about the financing and stayed until all paperwork was processed. They informed me that the service department would be contacting me regarding my first service for my vehicle as the service department had already closed for the day. My grandchildren who tagged along with grandma were also provided good customer service. Thank you very much. More

Leasing Experience We had a great experience leasing our new Crosstrek. Price was good and the salesman, CJ was great to deal with. Warranty repair We were experiencing a problem with the door or the storage compartment (pocket) sticking. Our car was checked in and Jade was assigned to manage the We were experiencing a problem with the door or the storage compartment (pocket) sticking. Our car was checked in and Jade was assigned to manage the service. She was friendly, courteous, and knowledge about our problems. She has the problem looked at for blockage or skew in the door track. None was found, but the service department replace the unit just to ensure the problem would not resurface. The whole process took a little over an hour so I just waited in the lounge. We continue to be extremely pleased with our car (Outback) and the treatment we have received by Tucson Subaru. More
