Exceeded My Expectations All I planning to do was some homework--find a dealership that I wanted to work with, find a vehicle that would fit my needs and budget, and go back h All I planning to do was some homework--find a dealership that I wanted to work with, find a vehicle that would fit my needs and budget, and go back home to crunch numbers on my own. But when you find the right vehicle at the right place and right time, you just have to jump in. I initially contacted Subaru of Tucson because they are a member of the Costco Auto Program and I was interested to see what kind of selection was available. All I knew going in was that I needed a vehicle that was rust-resistant as I will be moving either to the Pacific Northwest or the Northeast coast in the next 3-4 years. When I discovered there were no Toyotas or Subarus in my monthly payment price range I got a little discouraged but our rep, Kevin Gribble, stepped it up a notch and walked me through other vehicle options that were in my price range. When I saw what would be become *my* Jeep Compass I was a little confused as to why the pricing was so good--I thought there must be something wrong with it. But after driving it and inspecting it top to bottom, reviewing the CarFax, and questioning Kevin, it seems the only problem with the vehicle was that nobody else wanted a fully-loaded Compass in pristine condition (to their everlasting woe, I assure you). When you know, you know. This was my car. We got into the paperwork and Tucson Subaru (Kevin and our awesome financial rep, Traci) handled everything top-to-bottom and I was able to drive my new vehicle home the same day with literally ZERO hassle or runaround. And after visiting that local "Nickel Pickle" place where they literally ring a gong after every sale, I can tell you that a no-pressure sales environment coupled with classy, exceptional customer service and a representative who could answer all my questions was worth its weight in gold. If you're on the fence about visiting Tucson Subaru, get off the fence and visit them. They don't just sell Subarus and they will make every effort to make your visit pleasant, even if you don't buy the car from them. But trust me, they'll work with your needs and wants and I'm pretty sure they can get you in the car you weren't expecting to have for the price. They'll take care of you. More

I did take a while to make a car decision while also exploring my car options elsewhere but came back to Subaru. My sales associate kept in touch and updated me on the status of the car I was interested in but wasn't overbearing or pushy. I appreciate the space I was given. The actual car buying process was emotionally stressful for me but like I said, I'm prone to nervousness. The environment there was really calm and helped me while I was there. I remember feeling like I could back out at any moment and it would be ok, they were really patient with me. I am grateful to my associate and Tucson Subaru for making the experience positive since it was my first time buying and it was a really big decision! I'm really happy with my purchase. I think car buying is stressful no matter what but Tucson Subaru was a comfy place with a lot of nice people. More

Sean Joshnson, Terri Iseminger, and Louie Ascencio were knowledgeable and great to work with. Car buying is not a quick experience but their customer service provided a positive experience. Great Car, Not So Great Experience Yes, I am happy with my certified pre-owned purchase. The car itself was exactly what I was looking for. My customer service experience, however, was lacking. After spending over 6 hours at the dealership and many apologies from my sales consultant (who admitted he was new and didn’t know many of the answers to my questions), I was hoping for a courtesy full tank of gas at the very least. The used car that I traded in had almost a full tank of gas and after asking my sales consultant (Jim Coyle) repeatedly, he would not send me off with a full tank... only half a tank. I have never heard of this and even in my experience buying certified pre-owned vehicles in the past, this definitely missed the mark. This small detail may seem simple and a tad silly, but it probably would have made the difference between an “okay” experience and a “excellent” experience for me. I can’t speak to the quality of my Subaru vehicle yet, but I am afraid I cannot recommend my experience at the dealership to others. More
