We didn't know much about the cars and knew the selection was far more limited than other car manufacturers. We test drove a Toyota, Mazda and were inclined to get a more known vehicle. Since the car was going to college and being driven in rough weather, we also wanted one that could handle snow, ice and was safe. Everything pointed to a Subaru. So we started with the Outback and loved it. We then tried the Forester and it was ok. Different shape and size, but similar features. Steve did a great job explaining features and reviewing the best potential car for us. After a long day, we took the weekend to think about which model. It turns out, it was the Impreza! This car has the right mixture of safety, convenience, sportiness, suited what my son needed for college and beyond. Steve is terrific. He was able to answer the questions we needed, get the information regarding features and provide us the perspective for a great car for daily and school use. Great sense of humor and is always willing to go the extra step to make sure the questions and concerns regarding the purchase were being answered. We added remote start, locking lug nuts, tinting and some other items. A great experience. The finance process was clear and simple with Traci. She reviewed all of the options and concerns, in addition to the options we could add to protect our new vehicle. A great experience with a terrific team and dealership. More

The only dealership I plan to buy from going forward I've purchased a lot of cars over my lifetime, but my experience at Tucson Subaru was by FAR the best experience I've ever had. Drive a Little Save a Lot I would like to thank the team of Loren Henry, Kevin Gribble and Louie Ascecio for making my recent purchase of a 2018 GMC Terrain one of my most memo I would like to thank the team of Loren Henry, Kevin Gribble and Louie Ascecio for making my recent purchase of a 2018 GMC Terrain one of my most memorable and pleasurable buying experiences ever. I drove down to Tucson from Apache Junction not knowing what to expect or if the vehicle would still be available. Kevin took great care of me on my arrival and answered all of my questions. When it looked like we had come to an impasse Loren Henry got involved and worked with me on finishing a deal which ended up involving the trade of my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Loren took his time, didn't rush me and helped me see the logic in purchasing via this route. Louie then proceeded to get me through the financing process, with the lender I preferred, and out the door to Kevin who was waiting to make my delivery. Even though this purchase wasn't for a Subaru Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and explained the vehicle's functionalities to me and even setup my cell phone via he blue tooth and the Sirius radio. It's been a while since I have driven away from a car dealership with a smile on my face. Thank you all for a great experience and making my trip so very worth while.
