We have purchased 3 Subaru’s from Tucson Subaru and we have always been extremely satisfied with our experiences. The after purchase customer service is top notch. Jesse in the service department always h have always been extremely satisfied with our experiences. The after purchase customer service is top notch. Jesse in the service department always has our best interests in mind. He is honest and we never feel pressured into making service decisions that are not right for us. Darla, our Love technician is wonderful. She is so knowledgeable and a true asset to the Subaru company. Ethan, our finance advisor was so helpful and listened to our needs and what our wishes were regarding warranties . We never felt stressed or pressured to purchase something that we didn’t feel comfortable with. Curt also listened to our needs and helped us with our trade in and purchase price. Kevin McDougall was our sales person, he has been for all 3 purchases, and we will always come back to him in the future. He is so honest and nice. Respectfully, JM. More

After my experience at Tucson Subaru, I completely understand why they are the #1 Subaru dealership in the US. When my partner’s 2017 Crosstrek died, the team at Tucson Subaru worked hard to get him i understand why they are the #1 Subaru dealership in the US. When my partner’s 2017 Crosstrek died, the team at Tucson Subaru worked hard to get him into his dream car: a 2026 Crosstrek Hybrid. The experience was so positive that I, a lifelong Toyota stan, came back five days later to buy my first ever Subaru. From sales to finance, everyone here was so incredibly helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, and best of all, trustworthy. It didn’t matter who we were working with, every time we walked on the lot there was someone available to show us a car or take us on a test drive. At no point did I feel like they were pushing for a sale, and the team worked hard to get us financing that made it possible for us to drive off in our dream cars. If you’re looking for a new car, go see Humberto at Tucson Subaru. He is quite literally the GOAT. Mike was also excellent and incredibly helpful. Also shout out to Sylvia and Kevin in finance - they both worked hard to get us financed and set up with the best service/warranty packages possible. Subaru’s are great cars, but what really sold me was the excellent experience my partner and I both had at this dealership. We won’t need new cars for a long time, but when we do, we will absolutely be coming back to Tucson Subaru. 10/10 highly recommend. More
