I needed to replace my Volvo and wanted a car that was good for the enviroment. I chose Honda and waited for a hybrid to appear on line. Hank and the entire staff are courteous and went out of their way to make my consumer experience pleasant. I've continued to take my Honda there for major service, and the large booster battery was recently replaced at no charge (still under warranty). We bought 2 cars from this dealer in a 2 week span. We checked all the dealers in our area and found Tracy to be the most upfront. My youngest daughter researched and found the car she wanted. My older child was in a bad accident and her car was totallled. We went back to look at cars and deal with Nick. After looking around and checking prices Tracy Honda was the only one that wanted to work with us. Dublin Honda hung up on me several times and were to arrogant to want to deal with me. Tracy Honda was Fair and Pleasant to deal with. Everyone that works there were friendly and make you feel at home.
