The staff is friendly, patient, knowledgeable, diligent and professional. I requested a specific car, and they thought it might take 4-5 months, but I got it in 2.5. I was apprehensive at first, but I could see that Mark is passionate about his customers, so I put my faith in him and had an amazing experience with regular, timely updates along the way. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Steve, and he is an absolute gem.
