Fortunately, the only service ever really needed was routine maintenance. But I do have lifetime free oil change and battery replacement, and they've readily replaced 2 batteries since I've had the car, and many oil changes. Saved me a lot of money! They have always been fast, courteous and performed expert work. They have a pretty substantial 25 point inspection that gives you a really good heads up on any issues you do or may have. Like ANY dealer, their repairs are costlier than a private shop, but they also know their vehicles inside-out. I'll continue to use them and will likely buy my next car from them as they treated me right from the get-go and I got an excellent price. I highly recommend them. More

Assuming it was due to the construction but I noticed that my drivers side rear tire was covered in mud and the wheel well very dirty. The exchanges were friendly and I feel I paid a fair price for the car and received a fair price for my trade-in. Bill DiChello was the financial representative and was well prepared to finalize the paperwork of the detail. Everything he and I reviewed was what I had agreed to. Their system allows you to see the screen of information so you can easily validate that the information was correct and consistent with what had been discussed. Also a very friendly individual. Frank the Service Manager, a long time employee of this dealership was matter of fact towards his commitment to making sure I was happy with the car and what I should expect going forward from a service perspective.
