Mark made the car buying process so easy and smooth for us! He communicated with us while we waited for our car to be built and he answered all of our questions promptly and was such a pleasure to work wit us! Before we went to Wallingford Toyota we had gone to two other Toyota dealerships and each time we put a deposit down for a car and then the cars never came! We were thrilled to find Mark who was super honest and helpful. When we got to the dealership to purchase the car Mark had all of our paperwork ready for us and it was so quick and easy. He was so kind and patient and showed us how to use all the features of our new vehicle as well. Without hesitation I would recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to work with Mark! More

We just bought a new Toyota experience and had a great experience. Darius was very helpful throughout the process, which spanned over a couple months because we had the car ordered. He was always respon experience. Darius was very helpful throughout the process, which spanned over a couple months because we had the car ordered. He was always responsive, and we found him to be transparent and trustworthy, never pushy and we never felt rushed. The same with his manager, Eli, who was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful, as was Sohail in finance. The dealership itself recently went through a major renovation, there are a couple race cars hanging from the ceiling, a huge tv, a coffee machine, and an indoor playground and free arcade with several games for kids. Great experience all the way around, our best car buying experience by far. More

I had been to two NY Toyota dealerships where I live. One was horrendous, treated me like I did not matter. I noticed that I was the only customer in the entire dealership and left. My son in law made some enquiries, found your dealership and had me call. I was greated with respect, a smile and appreciation from EVERY SINGLE person I spoke to. I felt so comfortable that I purchased a car, sight unseen! When I arrived at your dealership the first thing I noticed was many customers inside....immediately I felt better. Mark Stevens was so patient with this old lady, showed me everything on the car and helped me hook up my phone to the Toyota app.......amazing! Sohail Butt presented the paperwork in a way that I understood every single page I was signing. My experience, from Angela Jannetty, to CJ Marella, to Mark Stevens (who never left me) and finally to Sohail Butt, was excellent. I had no second thoughts on my 2 1/2 hour ride home.
