On Dec 18,2024 I was helped by Steve Lang in looking at 2021 rave 4 xle premium with 18,808 miles. To begin with, before driving the car on the road he went over every button in the car to show what it could do and how to adjust it - without even knowing whether I would bye the car. On the test drive he let me experience the different driving features and engine modes until I was comfortable, more than once. Upon return,we practiced parking as well.he answered and provided me with all the reports of inspections and warrantees and tie and brakes. In deciding to buy the car, he helped me totally step by step through the process clarifying everything. Having contacted over 20 other dealers since October -across CT and in NY and MA- I can say that Steve was the first salesperson to value me as a person who had an interest in a car that he believed to be what I said I was looking for. He helped me as well through the trade in process of my car. Other sales people have treated me a some lady, some elder, not a pricey customer,etc. I had expected to put a deposit down and get family to help me thru the process to avoid being scammed but I was able to understand the whole process and benefits from his expertise, value for the customer as an individual , and feel comfortable myself buying the car that is best for me. If you have an employee of the year or a model salesperson to mentor others, it should be him. I was not landing to service my car at a dealer,,but I will now and recommend this dealer to others as a refreshing change from dealers out to make the most from you. More

I went in to get my wipers replaced. When I called in the morning to see if I needed an appointment for that, Megan, my service advisor said I only needed to pull into the garage and som When I called in the morning to see if I needed an appointment for that, Megan, my service advisor said I only needed to pull into the garage and someone would come out and install them. Indeed, the parts guy came out and installed the wipers right away while I was in the car. When I went to start the car, it was dead. I couldn't believe it. How fortunate for me to have it die right where it would need to be to fix it! I went in to the service counter to tell Megan what happened. Despite not having an appointment and being fully booked, she said she would have the driver bring me home while she found someone to work on the car. It was ready in just a few hours. I love Toyota of Wallingford and Megan is proving to be a very good service advisor. In my eyes she had big shoes to fill as Bob was my advisor for 40 years! More
I recently went to Toyota of Wallingford to talk about possibly getting a new vehicle. It was 17 1/2 years since I last got a new car (or any car) so I wasn't familiar with the current process. I had made possibly getting a new vehicle. It was 17 1/2 years since I last got a new car (or any car) so I wasn't familiar with the current process. I had made an appointment before heading to the dealership. Cheryl McKenna of the Internet Department set up my appointment. She was pleasant to deal with. When I arrived, I checked in at the front desk and was directed to sit down at any available table in the showroom. Product Specialist Denny Boedhoe soon came out and greeted me. I told him I was interested in a Prius Prime. He answered some questions I had as car technology has advanced a lot since I purchased my last car there (a Corolla). He got some data sheets for each of the two Prius Primes they had available. He explained the differences. After I decided on the version I wanted, he explained the purchase options (lease, buy, or finance). I decided to finance the car. I had frozen my credit a few years back. Denny helped me try to unfreeze the credit. We were only able to unfreeze one of the 2 that they needed to check my credit. Denny passed the info to the Dan Roberts of the finance department. Denny took me out to the car, and we took a test drive. It was love at first sight. He explained a lot of the technology. After we got back, Dan Robers came out and said that one of the necessary credit agencies was still frozen. I explained why. He went away. He came back and told me he was able to get credit for me. Denny helped me contact my insurance company and get my insurance changed from my Corolla (which I was trading in) to the Prius Prime. He directed me to the business manager who went over the loan and the paperwork. He had me sign where necessary and gave me copies of the documents. I went back out. Denny directed me to a branch of my bank where I was able to get the down payment. I went back and gave it to Denny. The car was going to be ready for me the next day after they put on a protective coating on the outside and a protective coating on the inside. I came back the next day. Denny again showed me the various technology of the car. Denny was very personable. He never made me feel he was trying to upsell me. He said call him any time with questions. He took me on a tour of the service area. It was amazingly clean and orderly. He took me to a radio station they have there were I talked to the DJs which was really cool. Dan Roberts was great. He made what could be a stressful process go smoothly. I've dealt with Toyota of Wallingford for 17 1/2 years. My experiences have always been great. This is probably my last car (I'm 65), but if I ever get another one, it will be at Toyota of Wallingford More

I’m was very pleased with the entire purchasing process of my new Tacoma. As soon as I arrived at the dealer, I was met by salesman, Reese. I told him which vehicle I was interested in and he immediately b of my new Tacoma. As soon as I arrived at the dealer, I was met by salesman, Reese. I then took it for a test drive and told Reese if he can meet my numbers, I’d take the truck home that day. Well, it took a little number crunching but Reese and his staff didn’t let me down.
