After the vehicle was expertly assessed by a tecnivian, Raul Sanchez called me to clearly explain the nature of the mechanical problem, and that parts would be need to be ordered as they were not in stock. He then gave me a cost estimate that later proved to be exact. Raul ensured that the parts were ordered in time to arrive the next morning, which they did. The vehicle was then repaired and ready for pick up shortly after noon. We were back in business and the vehicle once again worked just great. Raul was extremely helpful and very professional throughout the whole process and it was great working with him. More
