After the regular vehicle maintenance was completed, I was contacted by a different employee named Jome. I was delighted because she is very personable, courteous and explained everything reference the paper work, made sure the warranty book got stamped and placed back in the car. The dealership has customer care down to a science and I love it. Wonderful, clean restroom facility and even a cookie! More

She didn't pressure me and was very pleasant and patient while I asked lots of questions and was slow to make a decision. She made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I am happy with my new Camry and happy with the buying process--thanks to Rosy. More

We struck that price with no pressure -- I told them I would walk as soon as they "up-to" or four-squared me, and then later I was a little embarrassed I had been so forward, as apparently they were not going to do that anyway.
