Very good, but one slight problem My past few visits seem to run long and when I venture outside I see my car parked after service. Additionally, sometimes they offer a free car wash, sometimes they don't. Not really sure why this is. More

Sale took to long. Dealership itself was great. Salesman spoke to fast, and we were having difficult time understanding him. Also, took too much time to do paperwork a Dealership itself was great. Length of time getting initial paperwork started and completed was to slow. We were there after closing time, and did not get the car run through with the salesman. Oil Change Went in for an express oil change and car wash. Took quite a bit longer than one would expect for express service, but I asked and paid for a car was Went in for an express oil change and car wash. However, I was able to make good use of the amenities in the customer wait area, which includes free coffee, soft drinks, and water, as well as free coin operated massage chairs. Therefore, the wait did not seem that long, and I was not in a big hurry anyway. Very friendly service writer and person in charge of refreshments in the customer wait area! Excellent car wash results from service people!! More
