Amazing Service We had gone to the Toyota of Tri-Cites to see if we could get an extension of coverage for our 31,000 mile maintenance coverage. Our normal service is We had gone to the Toyota of Tri-Cites to see if we could get an extension of coverage for our 31,000 mile maintenance coverage. Our normal service is a the Gresham Toyota so we though we would just ask. We were taken care of for the extension and they said that they could go ahead a perform out 30K check up. They even supplied a shuttle for us while the pickup was being serviced and picked us up when it was finished. The experience we had was second to none. This also happens to be the place we bough out Tundra. Great staff and excellent service. This is the place you want to go to purchase a vehicle and be rest assure that they will continue to treat your right. I over overwhelming recommend this dealership. Bravo!!! More

Stranded in Tri-Cities I was going to visit friends in the Tri-Cities when my Highlander dashboard starting blinking and lit up. I was about 15 miles out and it was driving I was going to visit friends in the Tri-Cities when my Highlander dashboard starting blinking and lit up. I was about 15 miles out and it was driving fine, etc. so got to my friends. She called Toyota and talked with Davy to see if he could tell us what it was all about. He talked with my friend and then Raul talked to her explaining what it could be and he asked if we could we bring it right in. Being late afternoon on Friday, that was fantastic service. Took it in and by 5 pm, they called and told me what had happened. They worked me in very quickly which I really appreciated as I had to drive back to Spokane on Monday morning. It was a oil sensor and then it set off other sensors. Had to replace the sensor and they checked it all out including the other sensors that were having difficulties but the one sensor is what set them all off. It was replaced and they kept the vehicle overnight and drove it the next day to make sure it was all taken care of - it was. Ready to go by about 9:30 Sat morning. A big thank you to Davy and Raul - they were great and so pleasant to work with - even told me the bad news on the price of the sensor carefully!! Purchased the Highlander there and will certainly talk with them when time to replace. Service exceptional for sure. Judy Boyd More
