We had no dealings with A. Aimer. Everything was handled by Dave in service who was excellent; he keep the process going smoothly. Our car was totaled by our insurance company Aimer. Everything was handled by Dave in service who was excellent; he keep the process going smoothly. Our car was totaled by our insurance company and we subsequently leased a 2025 Toyota Corolla Cross. The sales person was very good as was Marco Valenti in finance. We also would like to express our appreciation for the shuttle driver who was very courteous. We were able to complete all our business in one afternoon and drive home in our new car. One suggestion: having pictures by the names would help identify who we dealt with. In particular, we don't recall the name of the sales person who assisted us. We think it was Emily. Overall, a very positive experience. More
