I appreciate the response. The sale to another buyer was done deliberately by Toyota of Scranton. The funds were transferred to complete the truck purchase and the financial representative knew this. They tried to talk me into a different truck, before admitting a few days later the truck was already sold. I hear other buyers have had similar experiences; it’s just an unethical way Toyota of Scranton does business.
