Waiting and Waiting We waited over two hours to have our Highlander serviced! We had purchased it in December and was just having it checked over and window visors instal We waited over two hours to have our Highlander serviced! We had purchased it in December and was just having it checked over and window visors installed on Friday! We have purchased many Highlanders from you and never had to wait this long for service! One of your service workers I think his name was Alan came over to tell us that it would be a few minutes longer but he never came back! Finally my husband went to see why we were waiting so long and he gave some lame excuse that he had been tied up! It was all very confusing! I hope we don’t have to wait so long the next time we come for service! Also we cannot find the PCS button and tire gage button on this vehicle! Would appreciate help with that as well!
