I have never been a car person In terms of priorities, a car was just a machine that got me where I needed to go. It was very low on my list. However, after purchasing my new Toyota RAV4, I can tell you that all of that has changed. I am officially in love with my Toyota!! I credit Toyota of Scranton fully. I didn't know what to expect going in, but they far exceeded my expectations. I actually put off buying a new car because I was stressed thinking about the stereotypical car buying experience. But, the whole experience was as low-stress and effortless as possible, to my surprise and delight. Our sales professional, Nick Viera, is a wealth of knowledge and was able to explain all of the features and terminology so that I, with zero interest in cars, understood it and became excited. He made the experience stress-free and fun. My husband and I test drove as many cars as we wanted on our own so we could find out exactly what we liked. The finance process was easy and Howard Sweeny was wonderful in walking us through every step. I thought it would take me months to buy a new car, but I drove home in my 2018 RAV4 that day. We've since brought our car into the service center for a routine checkup and follow-up service, and that experience was wonderful as well. Tiffany Peoples again made it effortless and stress-free. I am officially a Toyota of Scranton convert. I will never buy a car anywhere else and you shouldn't either! More

I bought my truck here for a good price. However when I went in to get an oil change they told me I have a leak in the head gasket and wanted to charge me $2000 for it. I declined the service and went to a local mechanic. They said for the parts and labor it would be $130. They are trying to rip people off here and I was not happy. I am a 20 year old who saved up everything I had to buy this vehicle just for them to try and rip me off! More

Fixed the Problem...no charge Found & fixed the problem (low tire pressure warning-3rd time in about 3 months). Found that it was a bad sensor & fixed the problem at no charge !! I owned many 4Runners starting in 1990 their a great I been driving Toyota’s since 1975 and always looked forward to the next new model advancements. I owned many 4Runners starting in 1990 their a great vehicle but they fell behind the competition In technology. For that reason I recently bought a new Cadillac XT6 . Toyota needs to redesign the 4Runner It’s too old school I’m sorry to say . My 2018Tacoma is a great truck I love it and look forward to Another one when the time comes .Hopefuly it will be competitively better than ever . I’ve bought and leased over 15 Toyota new vehicles over the years . More

My car won’t start When I contacted my service advisor she immediate let me know that I would be cared for. She also told me to call for a tow. The staff was friendly but I think they lack some knowledge about the vehicles they sell. Didn't like the phrase commit to a price. I'm buying a car not donating a kidney. I had been looki This is the fourth vehicle I have obtained from this dealership. Started out with a purchase, two leases, and now another purchase. I had been looking for a specific vehicle and, lo and behold, exactly what I wanted was traded in. It was an easy transaction. My salesman was great. Low pressure, friendly guy. The finance guy was also very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel I got ripped off at all mostly because I had done my research, which, of course, I recommend to anyone. I was in an out of there in less than two hours from entering the front doors to pulling away in my new Jeep. I'm not sure I will be in the market for a new vehicle anytime soon, but, when I am, I will go back to Toyota of Scranton and I would recommend them to anyone. More
