There was a mixup in communication and I received an estimate that was incorrect. I left my car an extra day and told them I would be there to pick it up and asked if it would be ready. I was given the option of: waiting 30 minutes for the shuttle to get home (after I had already been there 30 minutes), calling an Uber (that I would have to pay for) or take my car home and bring it back. She was reluctant to deal with my banker. Questioned his identity because PDF draft instructions weren’t in preferred format. Ultimately Sam, stepped in and handled it.
