Brought my RAV4 in for the rear hatch to be checked because it was not raising up all the way. Demonstrated this to the lady who checked the car in, and it did the same she tried resetting the system. because it was not raising up all the way. Left car and got a call stating that the tech could not see a problem nor duplicate the problem. He said that he saw not problem even though one of the other associates stated he got two calls that same day about the same problem. Now the hatch raises up just high enough to bang your head unless you physically lift the hatch the rest of the way. That is not the way it was when we bought the car. More
