I am extremely disappointed with the service we received at Toyota Rockwall. This was our second visit—and it will absolutely be our last. This time, my husband called to discuss service options. Our usual liaison was out of the office, so someone else walked him through the options. My husband planned to confirm selections via email after everything was explained. Instead, the person he spoke with said they could make the selections for him—and chose a service we did not want. As a result, our bill was $700 more than expected. To make matters worse, when we picked up the car, the tire pressure light was still on. If an inspection was supposedly completed, how does a visible warning light get overlooked? That’s not just careless—it’s lazy. When we asked about it, we were told we’d need to pay for another inspection, after already being charged for services we didn’t authorize. And this isn’t an isolated incident. During our last visit, I requested a fix for my automatic tailgate. Not one screw was replaced. Every mechanism was stripped and failed within a week. Though this location is closest to us, I will never return. The service is careless, communication is poor, and the money we’ve spent here has been a complete waste. More
