When you arrive at the dealership, you are met and greeted. They let you know what is going to happen and the length of time it should require and how much it should cost. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. It took two hours. Was estimated to take one. The only reason I wasn't incredibly upset is that I took advantage of their oil change special. When I got home, I noticed that one of my hub caps was loose. I pushed it back against the wheel the best I could but I think one of the plastic clips was broken. It fell off a few days later never to be seen again. Had to buy a replacement because I was pretty sure it would be hard to state my case having waited two days. Replacement cost was double what I spent for service. Not really eager to do that again in retrospect. This was our first service after the maintenance plan ended, not a real good impression. Service advisor was okay, quality of work plus the wait was terrible, and bring back your car wash. I even get a complimentary one at the Ford dealership, which nickels and dimes me to death. More
