I scheduled my appointment with the operator at the dealership, established a time on my schedule for the next Monday at 10am, I checked in at the dealership at 9:45am, I was told that the repair would dealership, established a time on my schedule for the next Monday at 10am, I checked in at the dealership at 9:45am, I was told that the repair would take about two hours, at 2 hours they texted me that it was ready, and they were waiting for me to arrive.
