I had such a great experience my last 2 times at this dealership. This time much different. Felt playing games with price of car and the promise to discount a little more That did not happen and lots dealership. This time much different. Felt playing games with price of car and the promise to discount a little more That did not happen and lots of back and forth to the sales office Too many games for my car buying experience and I almost walked as away at least 2 times with all the back and forth trying to negotiate a fair price The sales had a lot of double talk. Offered to drive my rental car to my house to take delivery of my car. Not realizing he could not legally do this but was very flippant about this. Seemed unprofessional The delivery of the car was ok. I got home and dealer window tag said had wheel locks. Callie’s the sales person said would mail to me. 2 weeks later still nothing All these little things add up and I will not go back nor send anyone else there saying what a great experience. The sales representative was disappointing and no one from management either cared or knew how much he was playing the games for making the sale. Seemed desperate which I know is Car sales in general The 2 ladies I worked with in finance were the best part of my experience. Knowledgeable and helpful I won’t be back. I had a 20K service appointment at Toyota Rockwall. I arrived on-time, was immediately greeted by a service manager. The check-in was seamless and the service was completed in 40m. The check-out was also seamless and the cashier was very cheerful. I felt at home the entire time. The coffee machine was excellent. The WiFi service was also excellent. The service manger kept me informed at each stage. I certainly recommend this dealership service center! More
Knowledgeable on products sold. With that being said I never receive my vehicle back in the same condition such as greasy finger prints on the door handle or interior or the maintenance required reminder is never reset.
