I liked the upfront pricing from Toyota SmartPath. I submitted the purchase request and credit app online and selected the option to finalize everything online. We were expecting to just come in, have our trade-in evaluated, sign paperwork, and drive off. We were not expecting to have to wait at the dealer for over three hours when submitting all our info online. Everything was good about the experience except the long wait to get our vehicle. I'd expect to have to wait a while if just walking in off the street, but not when I'd already submitted everything that I could online through SmartPath. They didn't even have our credit app info that I'd already submitted, and we had to do that all over again. Guessing maybe this dealer is new to SmartPath and still working out the kinks. Overall, was a good experience and would buy from them again, but would just be prepared to be there a while. Jack Prentice was our salesman, and he was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional.
