I really appreciated how helpful Kasey was. She recommended that I have my AC evaporator coil cleaned on another car, and it helped so much I had it done on my Rav4 too. Then she told me about how thin my front brake pads had gotten. So I was thankful to mechanic that checked my car out, and Kasey's helpfulness. She is real asset to your company. They checked to see if a repair could be performed under the general warranty and I was told that it could but they would have to order the part. I never heard back from them. I subsequently talked to the the general warranty and I was told that it could but they would have to order the part. I never heard back from them. I subsequently talked to the service manager and he told me that he would check on it and get back with me. It has been 3 weeks and I have not heard from them. More
