I am highly disappointed in the Toyota warranty. I took my truck in because my active spoiler is malfunctioning. I was told I needed to agree to a $179 diagnostic fee incase what caused my spoiler t I took my truck in because my active spoiler is malfunctioning. I was told I needed to agree to a $179 diagnostic fee incase what caused my spoiler to malfunction was not covered by the warranty. My truck is not even 1.5 years old. Nothing on it should not be covered by the warranty. If Toyota can’t stand behind their product, they need to quit manufacturing vehicles & selling extra protection plans. If this is how it will always be with this truck, I need to start looking for something from a different manufacturer. I’ve had 5 other brands of vehicle & have never been told something like this might not be covered by the warranty. $80,000 rip off if you ask me. I would have never bought it if they weren’t going to take care of it. More

The service department team members were very courteous and patient with me and answered all my questions. They took time to explain how to use some features and never made me feel rushed. My questions were all over the place and he never acted like he had other things to do. He told me about the sale on tires coming up in October and had the expired extended warranty people cover that days service. .He saved me a lot of money. He turned my paperwork over to Sam for checkout but wound up taking care of it himself. I’m really bad with names and can’t remember his. I bought my Camry there in 2018 and have nothing but nice things to say about your dealership. More
