I don’t know who Carmelo even is… this process was very weird and I was put off at times. Adam was great but no longer works there, Jeff was pushy and uncomfortable at times and when it came to actually se weird and I was put off at times. I had to have my 2013 Toyota Prius towed to Toyota of Rockwall, because it would not start. Sam met me at the entrance and after discussing the problems I was having with it, he assured me that he would Rockwall, because it would not start. Sam met me at the entrance and after discussing the problems I was having with it, he assured me that he would contact me before the the end of the day with their assessment and the estimate, which he did. (The car needed a new hybrid battery and some regular maintenence work.) I was expecting a huge estimate, because of the battery, but for everything, including the battery, I was quoted less than $3,000. I told him to go ahead and begin the work. He called me the following day and told me the work on the car had been completed, and I could pick it up (which I was pleasantly surprised since the car needed quite a bit of work). I have been very happy with the way the car is running, and I plan to contact Sam the next time I need to take my car in to be fixed. More
We purchased a used Mazda from Rockwall Toyota in late June. The next day a check engine light came on. Dealer replaced plugs. Check lite came on 2 weeks later. Dealer worked on it and light came on befor June. The next day a check engine light came on. Dealer replaced plugs. Check lite came on 2 weeks later. Dealer worked on it and light came on before we left the dealer. They worked on it for a week and the lite stayed OFF for about a month. When it came on again with the same codes called out by the car’s computer, we were instructed to have (Metro) Mazda diagnose the car. RT replaced some parts and it is fixed now. We gave it a 4 because it took so long to replace parts the car’s computer was calling out. More
