Kouri is amazing. I can’t stand Toyota of Rockwall. Knowing their owner and seeing how they treat Kouri, there’s no doubt they’re more talk than action. They’d rath I can’t stand Toyota of Rockwall. Knowing their owner and seeing how they treat Kouri, there’s no doubt they’re more talk than action. They’d rather allow a man to come in and “close the deal” than teach their female sales people how to do it. The fact was, I was buying the car. The truth is, their leadership wouldn’t allow her to compete it because the sale was more important than leadership. Their service department absolutely sucks. The turnover proves it. The communication is atrocious. Yes, I bought there, but I feel dirty. It was just convenient and the price was right. That’s what they bank on. They’ll claim it’s environment and community and whatever else, but they are just another “used car salesman,” putting the feel good story of the husband and wife owners to distract you. Buy there, whatever. Just don’t buy their xx. More
