I’ve been taking my car regularly for scheduled maintenance since I’ve bought my vehicle there. And for the last few years Mick and Kasey were overseeing all the work that was done on my vehicle. They are impeccable in their knowledge, professionalism and customer care. They go above and beyond to take care of all your needs and are always honest and upfront what needs to be done and what can wait. I trust them and would highly recommend. Communication is lacking. After more than an hour, I had to ask for an ETA. The service advisor was very nice and easy to work with. When I made the appointment online, I left a note to be called prior to my appointment. No one ever did. Poor communication has been as issue with the service department as long as I've been a customer (this is the 4th vehicle purchase there. It’s now just a convenience, but would go anywhere else if more convenient). I have expressed my concerns for years and the owners either do not know or do not care. They are great at selling cars, caring for the environment, and displaying their awards, but customer service and leadership has never been a focus. More
Waited 11 weeks for license- Oct 11 presented to check for license plates. Was told that they have not arrived yet. Asked Neamiahs in sales for help and he took time to "go upstairs" and check - returned for license plates. Was told that they have not arrived yet. Presented to Service dept. to have plates mounted and was advised that front mounting frame is required for plate and search of vehicle showed that mounting frame was not found. Mr. Piedra (?) searched " supply, shop, everywhere" and could not locate the frame. I had to buy the frame that should have been included with purchase of the new car. Parts dept,.of course, had the frame in stock. I was told at time of purchase " when we get the plates, come in and we will install them" The principle of the issue far outweighs the cost. I have no issue with staff but the Dealership policies over small things represent how it will relate to weightier issues. I have made it plain that I choose to continue service of my vehicle but not to purchase another vehicle here and also encourage friends/family to seriously consider another option. More

Impossible to get ahold of anyone, poor communication. I contacted Asai 7 times about my plates and he kept telling me they were being worked on only to find out 2 months later from a manager they just st I contacted Asai 7 times about my plates and he kept telling me they were being worked on only to find out 2 months later from a manager they just started processing them and needed a vin inspection. Every time I called was told I’d get a call back and never did. Manager was very responsive and responsible once he emailed me regarding my plates. They also were delayed by 2 weeks delivering my vehicle, again Asai made a lot of empty promises on dates rather than actually finding and providing the correct information More
