The only reason I rated the dealership 4 out of 5 stars is because while I was there I was told that I needed services that had previously been made. When I brought it up to Sam’s attention, he looked it u is because while I was there I was told that I needed services that had previously been made. When I brought it up to Sam’s attention, he looked it up and found out that the mechanic put the information on a different form. God only knows how many people been told that they needed work that was previously completed. I like to think that this was human error and not intentional. Please give your employees a refresher course on the proper forms, and to look out for future human error. I do recommend this dealership especially Sam Heidel and Kaila the cashier. My Highlander broke down at 5:30 Friday evening and Mick stayed after 6 to check me in. Saturday they diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement part.
