I will never use this location specifically and 90% sure I will never buy a Toyota again due to our experience at this dealership. We came with our own financing which is when it all went down hill, they to I will never buy a Toyota again due to our experience at this dealership. We came with our own financing which is when it all went down hill, they told us to go through them it would be 17% with a pymt of 950$, our credit union got us 6.5% with a pymt of 625$. Then they said we could swipe our card for the full 6500$ down pymt it would need to be 2 swipes, then even though it isn't anywhere on the website or documented anywhere they were not allowed to give me the military discount since I wasn't financing through them. toyota rockwall is worst place to maintain you vehicle. I went there to normal service of my vehicle and they told me my vehicle have problem in engine which i need to fix urgently . after paying $5500 th I went there to normal service of my vehicle and they told me my vehicle have problem in engine which i need to fix urgently . after paying $5500 they told me my vehicle dosent have engine problem. and they took my money with out any logical reason. and more than that they damaged my heating system plus other mechanical issue. toyota rockwall manage is very very rude and dont know how to deal with customers.
