Everyone is super nice and provides excellent service! They make sure you anre comfortable and provide bottled water annd coffee and food truck! Prices are not so bad either! Staff is friendly, but the online booking process is ridiculously horrible. 2 recalls on my new truck, an oil change, and a couple of TSB issues. I was told I had to leave it for hours to do the warrant ridiculously horrible. 2 recalls on my new truck, an oil change, and a couple of TSB issues. I was told I had to leave it for hours to do the warranty/TSB work as the oil change techs couldn’t do anything other than that. Would have been nice to know when booking the service online versus driving 35 minutes only to be told in person. Not sure if I’ll go back, and may look elsewhere for service. More
