At one point, after I declined an offer, he tried to get me to sign the page before writing “declined” across it. It felt like a tactic to make it look like I’d agreed. When the sale didn’t go through, suddenly the APR dropped. Overall, I’d be cautious and make sure you get everything in writing, clearly, before you sign anything. More

I filed a case all the way to Honda nationwide...who refused to stand behind their product and provide zero help or assistance...I would highly advise people to stay away from Honda products...NEVER AGAIN!! I have been a reoccurring customer at Joey Meyer Toyota in Houston for nearly 20+ years and had never looked elsewhere when it comes to Toyota products, however it seems like they do not need reoccurring customers anymore. The local salesperson I use was very helpful as always, however the sales manager there gave me the worst offer on a sale and trade-in I have ever witnessed. . This made me start to shop around. Leading me to Toyota of Rockwall. Where the salesman PJ and sales manager worked excessively hard to gain my business...between him, general manager and financial manager. They worked the deal and..they put me in a new RAV 4 SUV at the right price and still allow a respectable trade in on the HRV even though it had issues. I drove 5 hrs. round trip further to get the deal. But would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! WE WILL BE RETURNING SOON TO GET MY DAUGHTER HER FIRST BRAND NEW CAR AS WELL...They will have us as repeated customers...I can assure that More
