Left my 4Runner at the dealership for a simple balance and rotate, $100. I return 3 hours later, pick up my car and nothing was done - tires weren’t rotated, the air pressure wasn’t even checked. So now I have to find another ride and spend the afternoon going back and forth without a car … when it should have been done in the first place, and what I paid money for. Next time I’ll go to my local auto shop. More

Ken was our sales rep. He showed us what we wanted to look at and let us drive the vehicles. They didn’t have the color my wife wanted but the management team found one in He showed us what we wanted to look at and let us drive the vehicles.
