I came in for an oil change and necessary Routine work. I was told I did not need the oil change only to get home and receive an email stating that I needed an oil change and how much it would be. work. They push service that isn't needed, and get an attitude when I decline. I come in for only an oil change and they mess with my tire pressure, tell me I need to spend $1200 on fluids that don't require chan when I decline. As soon as my warranty is out I'll not be setting foot in this dealership again. More

I was lied to about the 4x4 issue I had when I brought my truck in for maintenance! The reason I was given was for the issue was not true! The issue was that in 4x4 when I stared moving forward if I turned s truck in for maintenance! The reason I was given was for the issue was not true! The issue was that in 4x4 when I stared moving forward if I turned slightly left the truck would lurch as if something was trying to lock up in the front end. I was told that when the truck is in 4x4 I was not suppose to turn the wheel at all. That in 4x4 I was only suppose to go straight. If that's not nonsense I don't know what is! More

I usually go to another dealership but traffic is a nightmare with construction so I thought I would try Toyota of Rockwall again. I had an appointment at 11:00 I arrived shortly before 11:00. Three p nightmare with construction so I thought I would try Toyota of Rockwall again. I had an appointment at 11:00 I arrived shortly before 11:00. Three people came to my car and I told each of them the same thing. I was there to get my tires rotated and I had an appointment. They kept saying someone else would come help me. After about 25 minutes someone finally waited on me and told me it would be another 45 minutes to have my tires rotated. In total I was there for 1 hour and 45 minutes….to get my tires rotated with an appointment. And….my car was not washed when it came back to me. They said they no longer have a car wash. They got rid of it during Covid. My car is under warranty and this has always been done when I go to other dealerships. You need to do better Toyota of Rockwall! I have 4 Toyotas and they are always clean when they come back to me at other dealerships and I would never have to wait for almost 2 hours to get a tire rotation WITH an appointment. More
