Chris was fast and efficent on getting the finance paper work printed up and explained everything and made sure that I understood everything as I was signing it. I wanted to buy a new Prius and asked for online bids from Toyota.com. Ken Scott responded quickly and we set up an afternoon for me to drop by. He was extremely courteous and upbeat. I had many, many questions which he answered honestly and with a tremendous amount of patience. I also wanted to drive several of the models, which we did. He ended up jogging through the lot retrieving different cars so that I wouldn't have to wait so long. Meanwhile my husband had also gotten bids from a couple of dealers and wanted to go with the lowest bid. I told Ken about this and he said he would try to match my bid to win our business. I felt that he had done a lot of leg work for us and I wanted to go with Broadway because of this. We ended up buying our Prius there and it was 90% because of Ken's hard work - and because we were able to come to a good price. I would highly recommend Broadway Toyota. Everyone there was very professional and trusting. When we discovered we'd forgotten the title for our trade-in, they went ahead with the deal and asked Ken to follow us home to get the title. I absolutely love my Prius IV. It has such a smooth ride and is super easy to operate. I love that I'm getting 51mpg, and that I can put the back seats down to carry my skis. It's very roomy inside, and has some nice design features - for one thing, I can roll down the driver's side window without it blowing my hair all over the place. I did a lot of research and I think this is the best car on the market today. More

Emir was super helpful. I hadn't planned on buying the car for another week as I thought I had to get some issues with financing dealt with, but he showed me that it was possible with Toyota to get my per car for another week as I thought I had to get some issues with financing dealt with, but he showed me that it was possible with Toyota to get my perfect car. I saw the prius on the lot and knew it was for me. Emir took the time out to help me to get everything situated, even following me to drop off the car I came in!! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Broadway Toyota. From the moment I entered their new facility I was impressed with their staff. The receptionist (I apologize that I do not remember her name) greeted me warmly and with a smile, asking how may I help you. I told her I just needed some information. She announced over-head that a customer was waiting and Nate approached me. I explained that I had just purchased a new Camry and although I really liked it I wanted another car such as an XLE with additional accessories. Nate was very patient with me and my questions. He showed me an XLE and then the 2010 Corolla Sport caught my eye. I immediately liked everything about it. The black color, with black interior, the premium radio and moon-roof just to name a few. I drove it and was impressed with it performance. We then sat down to begin the bargainning process. It was then I met the person (I don't know his name) that really capped off the buying experience. I am 62 and have bought and sold dozens of cars during my lifetime. I really enjoyed going back and forth with him. He pointed out the advantages of purchasing the Sport, but never once did I feel pressured. After the negotiations, I met Digger (the finance person). He explained everything thoroughly and professionally answering all of my questions. The next day I had the pleasure of speaking with Kandi the Office Manager. She helped me in resolving a debit card issue. All in all, I had a very enjoyable buying experience and would not hesitate to recommend Broadway Toyota to family members and friends. Broadway Toyota is top of the line! With the new facility, you'd think there would be a prolem with working out new procedures, but the transition from the old place to the new place is light years facility, you'd think there would be a prolem with working out new procedures, but the transition from the old place to the new place is light years ahead of time. Free wireless, a cafe for a bite to eat and/or a coffee and the service department is wonderful. My service guy, Doug, took exceptional care of me. I had some unexpected problems with my car and , not only were taken in without an appointment, he didn't make me feel like a stupid girl. And while they took overnight for fixing the car (because parts were not locally supplied, he paid for my rental. That car was rented right from the dealership; I didn't have to be taken somewhere else. Imagine bringing in my older car and being "given" a new Prius for the day/overnight to play with! Top notch! Service you would expect from a Mercedes or Lexus dealership! The only thing that would have exceeded my expectations would have been for them to pay for the bill (But, then again, they did for the rental car!). Thanks Doug for making my experience wonderful! I'll be back! More

The service department was awesome when I called in, they got me a same day appointment. Broadway also put in a new children's play area, which was perfect for entertaining my little ones while we waited. Th got me a same day appointment. Kristen has outstanding personal skills and inspired a sense of trust in the dealership. I have had a friend work on my vehicle for years. He has moved out of state and I labored over how to address the service issues on my 1990 toyota 4 runner. Women often fall vulnerable to the recommendations of mechanics who can perform expensive and sometimes unnecessary services. My car is driving much better now, which is a testament to the quality of work provided by the mechanics at Broadway Toyota. Although the services provided were expensive (around $1000.00) I feel that no unnecessary service measures were recommended. This is a great relief to me. I feel confident that my automobile is in good shape and will continue to perform reliably as it has for years. I do not recall the name of the assistant who set up my rental car for the day on 11/12/09. She was also extremely courteous and helpful. Coming from a business family myself, I can appreciate that customers are often likely to express complaints over appreciation for good customer service. I wanted to make sure to take a moment to express my observations of a job very well done. More
