Although I didn't end up purchasing my new Highlander at Broadway, I have to mention that Nic Clough, the salesman who worked with me, was amazing. The thing I can't stand about buying a car is the high pre Broadway, I have to mention that Nic Clough, the salesman who worked with me, was amazing. The thing I can't stand about buying a car is the high pressure salespeople who keep you there for hours...that's not Nic! He doesn't pressure and is so friendly and helpful. Broadway just couldn't offer the best price, my husband is quite the price shopper! I appreciated the kind service I received at Broadway. I hope to work with him again in the future! More

This Toyota dealer has a very friendly and excellence customer service, especially Amilie! She doesn't put any pressure on you, while she's a very caring person and she just made the whole experience bec customer service, especially Amilie! Most importantly, Amilie is very knowledgeable about cars that she present everything in such details. I would like to recommend this dealer to all the people out there who's looking to buy Toyota cars. Trust me, I've been to Beaverton Toyota, Wilsonville Toyota, and the Toyota dealer in Hillsboro, but none could even compare to this one. No pressure, no pushing, paper-works were done in a SUPER fast pace are what you would likely to find at this place. Again, ONLY looking for "Amilie" if you decided to come to this dealer. Amilie spent a lot of time listening to my needs and was very patient. We ended up buying a VW passat wagon at another dealership. We have recently bought a Toyota Camry from Broadway Toyota. We live in Bend, OR and had a very bad experience with the toyota showroom in Bend and this is the reason which took us to broadway toyota. A Toyota. I went to Broadway Toyota not really knowing which Toyota I wanted. I test drove several vehicles to see what felt right for me. I was able to have a real conversation and pleasant buying experience vs. the stereotypical "adversarial" auto salesman approach. The folks at Broadway dug deep to find the car I wanted even though they didn't have it on the lot... they truly earned my business by working to meet my needs. More
Ken Scott is presumably the friendliest person I have ever met at a car dealership. I am usually intimidated of car dealerships because the pushy salesmen tend to make me feel very vulnerable but this ex ever met at a car dealership. I am usually intimidated of car dealerships because the pushy salesmen tend to make me feel very vulnerable but this experience at Broadway with Ken has ensured that every other vehicle I buy will be from here as long as I am in Oregon. To cut a long story short, I just bought a new 2010 LE Toyota Sienna. Ken was awesome. I reached the dealership close to 8 pm and by the time we were done with the test drive, trade-in, new car transfer paper work etc, it was close to 10 pm. Ken knew his stuff about Toyota, the market in general and was generally very pleasant to talk. I have bought 2 other brand new vehicles (a camry and an accord) but my experience with salesmen at those dealerships had been nothing short of getting bloodied by the lions in their own den !! Ken was courteous beyond belief. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, did not exaggerate anything and gave good honest answers to every question i asked about the vehicle, the dealership, the process and the service procedures. I would recommend Ken Scott and Broadway without hesitation. More

I would recommend Broadway Toyota to anyone looking for a Toyota product. I purchased a new CrewMax Tundra Platinum edition. From the very beginning, everyone involved with my purchase were very profession Toyota product. I purchased a new CrewMax Tundra Platinum edition. From the very beginning, everyone involved with my purchase were very professional and very effecient with their time. Being that I purchased a brand new vehicle and considering that the truck I purchased was rare and hard to find the price was very fair! Brian was the sales associate that I worked with and the whole experience was exceptional. Brian new the product he was selling very well and couldn't have been more helpfull. As far as the quality of work, I would also have to recommend their shop! I was very impressed with the quality of the detailing and the recall work that was done! I couldn't be happier with my new Tundra and Broadway Toyota as a dealership. Broadway Toyota has earned my business and I personnaly would travel long distances to continue to do business with them. We came back several times before making our purchase, and Larry was always friendly and low-key, never applying the slightest pressure - and that was very important for us. Once we made the decision to purchase, the entire staff was very helpful in finding the exact car we wanted. Price negotiations were low key and reasonable, and the purchasing process was well thought out and very smooth. More
