I called three different toyota dealerships to get the price quotes on a 2010 Prius, all prices were within a few hundred dollars. At Broadway Toyota I talked with Medhi (I believe he is the sales manage price quotes on a 2010 Prius, all prices were within a few hundred dollars. At Broadway Toyota I talked with Medhi (I believe he is the sales manager and later with Anna). they responded quickly and when i got there they had the vehicle ready for us. Surprisingly enough there was no bait and switch or any old sales tactics the price they quoted me was the price I paid and they even beat my credit unions APR. We love our car and recommend Broadway Toyota to anyone who is looking to buy without any pressure or without spending countless hours at the dealership. More
I had a very pleasant experience in purhcasing a new Camry from Broadway Toyota. Ian Killough was knowledgable, friendly and extremely helpful in facilitating the purhcase. Ron, the sales guy, was with me all the way. He was funny and helpful. He made sure I was comfortable with my decisions and answered all my questions. I really liked the 2010 Avalon, the sales person I worked with was great. But when it came to the sales manager part, Mehdi Arabzadeh, I changed my mind and will look for an Avalon at another dealership. with was great. Mehdi looked like a crook, I don't judge by looks, but when I told him I'm not ready to today his personality had changed and he was pressuring me to buy today trying all cheap tricks on the book. Offered to sell me a brand new 2009 Avalon for around $25,000... But I was careful before signing the papers and realized he had changed the payment plan from 60 to 72 months, not what we agreed. And the brand new car turned out to be a pre-owned one (USED). What a crook!!!!! I later found out searching on Google about Mehdi Arabzadeh, and found out he used to work for Beaverton Nissan and it seems he got fired since many people had complained about him. No hype, no pressure, no fuzzy math or hidden costs. Best of all the price was considerably lower than six other dealer email quotes. I love my new 2010 RAV4. My wife and made an appointment to test drive a 2008 Highlander that we seen on the Broadway Toyota web site. We decided to buy the Highlander, I told Nate the payment range we was looking for and he came right on target. The whole Broadway Toyota experiance was wonderful. Nate personnally introduced us to the finance manager and us where the service and parts department was. Everyone was very helpful and fully answered all our questions. I have been in very uncomfortable situations before with other dealers and car salemen. We never felt uncomfortable at all at Broadway Toyota. Thank You Nate, Chris and everyone else we met, your a great company. I have already recomended Broadway Toyota to all my coworkers and friends. By the way....We LOVE our Highlander!!!!!!!!!!!!!
