Terrible ethics Terrible ethics. My wife gets a mailer saying they can get her out of her car and get her a better rate so she goes down there. They started with a po Terrible ethics. They started with a possible lease then someone yells out "get out of the (last name)deal!. Very unprofessional. So then they say they are pretty sure they can get her financed and send her home with a brand new corolla S with high hopes. Along comes Monday and she gets a from the sales guy saying that there is no deal and bring the car back. So we took the car back, told them off, and then had to wait 30 minutes for them to bring us her old car. Then we get into the car and find a Kenny Chesney cd in the stereo. Hmm not ours. Hmmmm who's been driving the car?!?! Very poor way to run a business. I work with customers everyday and will be spreading the word. AVOID TOYOTA OF PORTLAND!!!!! More

He was constantly interupting us and insisting on services that we weren't there for or that were even necessary! He would not stop with trying to sell us 4 tires when we were only there for 1. Lastly, he said it would be close to 5 hours to replace the 1 tire, and somehow if we replaced all 4 it would be the same amount of time! What??! I called 1 and a half hours after leaving the car and it was ready for pick up!! I don't think he had any plans of informing me of it's completion. I'm so glad I called!! Rudest customer service I have ever experienced!! I felt like I was talking to a brick wall with an attitude. I only recommend this service center because ALL of my previous dealings have been great! More
2 hours for an oil change - RIDICULOUS Arrived at my scheduled appointment at 7:00am to "beat the crowd" and was told it would be a 1 1/2 hour wait. It actually took just over 2 hours. My Arrived at my scheduled appointment at 7:00am to "beat the crowd" and was told it would be a 1 1/2 hour wait. It actually took just over 2 hours. My service included an oil and filter change, tire rotation and standard fluid level checks, belt check and brake check. Unlike what Toyota promotes, Toyota Care isn't really free if 25% of my work day is spent at the incredibly slow service center. More

I drive from Vancouver to Broadway because they are the best for Service and Satisfaction. Our T100 Truck is always repaired with outstanding expertise by the Excellent Talented Professional work force they employ. I refer all of the Washington residence that like me are never satisfied with Vancouver McCord Toyota that takes their customers for granite. Not like Broadway they are outstanding and do a wonderful job with any repair you take to them. Thank You to the staff specifically Ronita for her keeping the visits so wonderful and inviting. B. Not honest Brought in my Sequoia to have the rear window motor replaced. After picking up my vehicle my back up camera wouldn't work. had to reschedule another appointment and be without my car for a couple hours they said. After three hours I called and they said they were just doing the paperwork. I went in and waited over another hour for them to finish. They told me that the third party intaller had poorly installed the camera and there were frayed wires and the fix may not last. Couple weeks later it stopped working. I decided to investigate myself and could clearly see that the wires were cut when the window went up and down and they put it back together with electrical tape. The whole experience was very unprofessional. I didn't even get an apology for have to bring it back, but to get lied to and not correct the problem in the first place really sours me. My purchasing experience when I bought the car was even worse. I had negotiated in the price of the car a service agreement where they would take care of oil changes etc. when I bought the car. A month later they said they couldn't do the service agreement because the car had too many miles on it because it was a demo model. I could on on and on, but trust me they are shady as far as sales and service. More

The worst possible experience. Dear car buyer, I hope you do your homework and read these reviews. I did not. I walked into this place with high hopes, it was going to be my first car purchase. After the amount of disrespect and lies I received from this dealership I fell asleep and woke up angry feeling nothing but pure hate for these people. They fit the stereotype of a typical salesman. Once the deal went south I realized that they didn't want to sell me a car because that would bring their survey scoring down if I did. I feel as if I had a joke played on me too by Adam O'neal. I called in to complain about a guy named Eric who ruined the deal as soon as he lied to me upon meeting and it sounded like Adam wanted to save the deal. He proceeded to schedule a time with me (via text message) to come in and renegotiate. He failed to mention that they already sold the car I was looking to buy and he said I would not have to see Eric's face or talk to him while I was there. I arrived with my father this time and he was not there and did not respond to any of my messages. I was left there with Eric who got close enough to us that my dad called him "the xxxxxxx" (which he truly is). He then proceed to talk poorly about us on the other side of some glass. Pointing at us with a nasty face; saying that he refuses to do business with us. I couldn't believe it. They were the WORST!!! Long story short. I ended up going to Beaverton Toyota and they'll be getting a 5 star review from me shortly. It's worth the drive!! They recognized that I was a customer who was about to spend over 20,000 and deserved to be treated with respect and honesty! Their #'s are better in EVERY way!! Go to Beaverton Toyota!! The salesman guaranteed me a better price on my 2015 Toyota Corolla after I told him the price Mcgloughlin Toyota would offer me, after driving all the way down there he not only showed me a completely different vehicle then we discussed over the phone but then told me he absolutely could not offer me the price he quoted either. I started to walk out and he tried to tell me he could get it down to $100 more than what the Mcgloughlin dealership had already offered me I left and bought my car from the first dealership I was at. 8 months later it came time for my 5000 mile check up and oil change I gave Broadway toyota another chance since they are close to my house. They told me it would take about an hour so I went in for my routine check up today and my appointment lasted 4-1/2 hours. After 3 hours of waiting they called me to tell me my car was ready and when I got there I was ignored for 5 minutes while 3 employees chated amongst themselves in front of me then after finally being acknowledged they went to go get my keys leaving me waiting another 10 minutes to come back and tell me my keys were lost! It took them 30 minutes to find my keys with out so much as an apology, just a pathetic explanation that my car looked like another car they services today... Im being serviced at a Toyota dealership every car in there looked like my car! I will never go back! The incompetence I experienced was overwhelming go with Mcgloughlin Toyota if you are looking for a dealership! More
