Ben Norman was the most professional service advisor I've had the privilege to work with in my 50+ years of driving. As he inspected the car, he found a leak that threatened to take out our entire electric system. He called as soon as he made this discovery, and gave us an estimated return date of the next day. He apologized for the delay and offered us a loaner car. It ended up taking 4 days before our car was ready to come home. Ben called every day to explain both the progress and the delays. He was consistent, thorough, empathized with our being down one car, but did not compromise the quality of the repair. From now on,, when we need servicing, we will ask directly for Ben. When we picked up the car, we asked for 2 more of his business cards so we will always have one at work and at home. Thank you, Ben! More

Very disappointing customer service appointment for oil change. They said no appointment and they have a special going on right now for $29.99 or free if the oil change is not done in an appointment for oil change. They said no appointment and they have a special going on right now for $29.99 or free if the oil change is not done in an hour. Drove to Toyota of Portland just to find out that it will take 2 hours and the special applies only if you schedule an appointment. This special is xx as you don't need appointment for just an oil change. Have been their customer for 6 years. Never again. More

Pretty seamless purchase. The Prius wasn't due until later this month but I lucked out and they had someone back out on one that was a different color so we were able to pick it up this weekend while we happened to be in the area. Everything was pretty easy. The only slightly negative thing was that they try to sell you Allstate Insurance and claim that they usually beat many other insurance company's rates. I wasn't interested because I have other houses and vehicles on my policy in 2 states and wanted to keep everything under one umbrella. It wasn't high pressure sales, just a little odd and slightly annoying. But everything else went swimmingly so I'm happy. I've only had one service appt for a 5K maintenance on the other car and it was handled very professional, no drama, etc. More
