That makes everything better, right? And yeah, she knows Toyotas, their details, comparison and values, and never stopped even when I wanted some obscure detail. Literally she called the “person who knows the details”. I’m sure you can see by now that I think Chantelle is awesome and if you want a Toyota, don’t ask for anyone else. More

We had negotiated the price of a 2018 Highlander Limited with Michael on-l My wife and I had a great 'zero-pressure' experience at Toyota of Portland. We had negotiated the price of a 2018 Highlander Limited with Michael on-line during the week. We set a time we were all available to meet with Michael on the weekend. We traveled 200 miles to the dealership where our new car was waiting for us. It was simply a matter of filling out the financial paperwork with Michael and Moe, going over a quick tutorial of the features of the vehicle with Michael and signing the papers with Moe. The negotiated price included all weather floor mats, which were not in the vehicle when we arrived. However, Michael was able to process an order for them and install them before we left the dealership. Moe made signing the paperwork a breeze. The only painful part was writing the down-payment check. Thank you Michael and Moe! We will definitely recommend Toyota of Portland to anyone looking to purchase a new Toyota. More
