Since our old truck had been a 2001, there was lots of new technology to figure out. Ken is always available to answer our questions that we didn't quite understand the day of purchase. And if Ken is not available, John is always more than helpful. We appreciate all they did, without all the negotiation problems that can occur at many other dealerships. We went back and had mudflaps installed the next week, and was equally satisfied with the service department. More
