Exceptional customer customer I met with Service Advisor David Guralnick. He went over the service process, I was just having my oil changed and tire rotation, and stated the wait I met with Service Advisor David Guralnick. He went over the service process, I was just having my oil changed and tire rotation, and stated the wait time and that Uber was an option if I needed to leave while services was taking care of my car. Excellent service - website needs work My RAV4 was due for its 10,000 mile service. Checked the website for possible same-day appointments and it showed 215pm available. Tried to actually My RAV4 was due for its 10,000 mile service. Checked the website for possible same-day appointments and it showed 215pm available. Tried to actually make the appointment through the website, the only service the website showed for my RAV4 was 120,000 mile service. No way to edit/update. Couldn't go any further so I abandoned and called the service department. They said just to bring it in and it would be handled as a walk-in. Ian helped and the whole experience was smooth. Really like the Toyota Care concept - prepaid service and couldn't be happier. Bottom line - great service once you're there. Website - needs work. More

I had purchased a 2018 Corolla last Feb, ended up paying 2k more than if I had purchased it at a different Toyota dealer...but that was my own stupid mistake. I made an appointment online for my first free oil change, when I got there, they couldn't find my appointment I had made, even though I received an email confirmation of it. That was ok though, since they offered a free uber svc to take me anywhere within a certain mile range...I liked that very much. When I went to pick up my car, I was told I had a nail in one of my tires and it was in an area where nobody can fix so I would need to purchase a new tire. I asked if ANYWHERE else would be able to fix it...the response was...if WE can't fix it, NOBODY can. I took it to a kid at a mechanic shop elsewhere who fixed it for me for FREE. So either I was lied to, the service guy at Toyota was clueless or the kid I took it to was better than ANYONE. That is the reason for the one star rating. More

Great Experience I unexpectedly had to find a new car in a relatively short amount of time as my car was hit and considered a total loss. I had been all over the Portland area trying to find the right car for me and Toyota of Portland had what I was looking for. From the moment I walked in, which was first thing in the morning, to the end of the day when I was signing the papers I always felt that I was in good hands. Aaron Mittan, was not only competent but kind and trustworthy. I would happily and wholeheartedly recommend working with this team if you are looking for a new whip. Thank you to the whole Toyota of Portland team! I am so happy in my new ride. More
