Keeps getting worse! I reluctantly bought a certified pre-owned car here- that experience was the most terrible I’ve ever had. Don’t buy here. The service even before I bought here has gotten progressively WORSE. I’ve had Toyotas for 20+ years, but I am done. For the past few years, whenever I take a car in for service, they try to upsell me or try to sell me services/repairs that aren’t necessary. I’ve gotten second opinions and they said the repairs were not needed. Now that I have a “warranty” with my certified pre-owned vehicle, EVERYTHING I’ve taken in to get fixed HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. It’s horribly frustrating and a huge waste of time, costing me work hours and precious time. Many if the service people must think I’m stupid and are quite unfriendly to me. I know at least two other people who’ve also had terrible experiences buying from Broadway Toyota and/or with the service department. DO NOT BUY FROM BROADWAY TOYOTA. More
Horrible staff I’m currently 37 weeks pregnant I purchased a car in February that did not lock I never got a car from a dealership I didn’t know any better it wasn’t I’m currently 37 weeks pregnant I purchased a car in February that did not lock I never got a car from a dealership I didn’t know any better it wasn’t a good purchase I noticed problems with the car 2 days later I wanted to return it but could not but they told me they would fix the car but it was a nightmare I went in and I also called left voice mails and emailed and no one ever helped me until finally this month o got an appointment with the service center and they told me it’s been too long since I purchased the car so they wouldn’t cover it and it would cost me $896 to fix it. I’m going to be a single mom and my car seat stroller got stolen from the car that was $300 I’m very disappointed. They just don’t care all they care about is making a sale. More

Excellent service and timely Had to bring RAV in for recall notice without an appointment. David was great noted a couple other recalls fixes also needed set it up right then for service at no charge then checked and helped us with needed maintenance. Got us a courtesy shuttle (LYFT) and messaged us updates and when finished later that day we were well pleased with the whole process. Thanks all. More

Chris was a no xx salesman who called it like it was and gave me straight no xx answers. after five hours at the dealership negotiating I was about ready to leave but Chris went that extra mile to ensure he earned my business. I have asked them repeatedly to remove my email address and phone number, but they keep sending me stuff. To be fair, my guess is that Toyota of Portland is under the same ownership as KIA of Portland, and that somehow, my information was mixed up with a person named John who purchased a Toyota from Toyota of Portland. I have purchased 2 cars from the KIA dealership before the new owners took over. I very much liked the old KIA dealership, and referred friends to them. The new owners are everything l dislike about "car salesmen". My name is not John. I do not own a Toyota. More
Efficient, friendly, and honest Took my 2010 RAV4 in for an oil change and a multi-point inspection because I had recently purchased the vehicle. Every employee there was friendly an Took my 2010 RAV4 in for an oil change and a multi-point inspection because I had recently purchased the vehicle. Every employee there was friendly and helpful. I had an appointment and was taken care of right away. They were done in an hour and called to let me know my car was ready. The oil and filter change was only $20 because of Sunday happy hour, and the inspection was completely free, including a tire rotation, setting all tire pressures, topping off under hood fluids, and checking battery, breaks, belts, hoses, exhaust, and suspension. I will definitely come back to this location for future service! More
