To be fair, my guess is that Toyota of Portland is under the same ownership as KIA of Portland, and that somehow, my information was mixed up with a person named John who purchased a Toyota from Toyota of Portland. I have purchased 2 cars from the KIA dealership before the new owners took over. I very much liked the old KIA dealership, and referred friends to them. Efficient, friendly, and honest Took my 2010 RAV4 in for an oil change and a multi-point inspection because I had recently purchased the vehicle. I had an appointment and was taken care of right away. They were done in an hour and called to let me know my car was ready. The oil and filter change was only $20 because of Sunday happy hour, and the inspection was completely free, including a tire rotation, setting all tire pressures, topping off under hood fluids, and checking battery, breaks, belts, hoses, exhaust, and suspension. I will definitely come back to this location for future service! More

I was steadfast about what I wanted, but these guys worked hard to get me exactly what I came for. While I waited a few days for the my vehicle to arrive, they even hooked me up with a loaner car to use. It wasn't the quickest process in the world but they persevered every step of the way and in the end I was very happy with their level of service and professionalism. More
