Leased a 2012 Toyota Prius Plug in a year ago. Overall great deal on the car, but not before some interesting changes in paperwork where fees and first months charges kept reappearing. Great dealer and customer service for new car, however not much knowledge on the plug in Prius features. I needed to look up all features myself. Service has been great except for first maintenance where we sat there for 1 hour because they forgot to tell us it was ready. More
I have been a customer at Toyota of Morristown for over 4 years now. My experiences have been great across the board--Sales and Service! We own 2 Toyotas and the service department has always gone out of the years now. My experiences have been great across the board--Sales and Service! We own 2 Toyotas and the service department has always gone out of their way to be fair, honest and accommodating. One of our vehicles is handicapped accessible for our 12-year-old daughter, and the service team is always respectful of the fact that it is the only vehicle we can use to transport her around, and they always try to get the vehicle in and out of there timely. Not only are the service advisors awesome--I've had specific dealings with Tom & Andrew--but also the valet guys, the ladies that arrange loaners and handle phone calls--thank you Amanda,Judie and Alysia--and the drivers doing the pick-up/drop-off service. In the years I've been going to this dealership, I've never seen a disgruntled customer standing at a desk griping or complaining. The customers up in the waiting room are all pleasant and happy. Oh, and thank you for that waiting room with snacks, comfy seats, a children's room if you have kids, a quiet room and the nice flat screen TV! You're top notch customer service professionals! Toyota of Morristown, stand proud! In a day and age where it seems most businesses could care less about the customer and are trying to cut every corner to make an extra buck, Toyota of Morristown goes above and beyond to create an environment where the customers are happy and keep coming back. I called to have a routine service. However, the day before had some very strange happenings with the (2006) PRIUS' transmission. Went "wacko". I described same and the techs couldn't find anything before had some very strange happenings with the (2006) PRIUS' transmission. Went "wacko". I described same and the techs couldn't find anything wrong or anything that came up on the computer...........I was told it was investigated and everything was OK. John came upstairs to get me when the work was completed. He explained everything to me and off I went. More

Every time I have my Camry serviced at your Morristown facility, I am treated in a courteous and friendly manner. Service takes a short amount of time getting me in and out quickly. Your waiting room is facility, I am treated in a courteous and friendly manner. Service takes a short amount of time getting me in and out quickly. Your waiting room is comfortable with coffee and snacks available. That is why I find it very convenient to have my car serviced in Morristown. More
I have a '99 4Runner Limited which I bought brand new. I have over 165K on it now, and its still in GREAT shape. These guys have kept our 1992 Previa with 275,000 miles on it running! Have gone beyond what was required when a battery cable failed and did a great job. A few communication problems between phone opera on it running! Have gone beyond what was required when a battery cable failed and did a great job.
